breakfast : makan roti+milo
lunch : sup sayur sahaja...
dinner: ahaaa....nasi lemak!!!(6pm)
: roti 3keping+ white coffe ah huat (10pm)
sambil menonton tv: kunyah jajan+yogurt+buah delima
Note: sangat-sangat nak makan memanjang jer sepanjang hari...seksanya control diri
